About Jorge M Aguirre
Owner & Founder of JM Design Studio
My name is Jorge M Aguirre, I am a USC Alum, recent graduate from the School of Architecture in 2021 with a Bachelors in Architecture. I’ve also attended El Camino Community College where I obtained my Associates in Science in Architecture in 2016. While attending both El Camino College and USC, I worked alongside designers, structural engineers and contractors where I was able to absorb essential knowledge and wisdom from them in order to make me a well-rounded and knowledgeable designer and architecture student. In those 6 years, I learned invaluable lessons and techniques that I wouldn’t have learned anywhere else so that I could take my craft to the next level. I am a SoCal native, I have been a resident of Los Angeles for the past 20 years, before coming from El Salvador.
At the beginning of 2020, I took a leap of faith and launched my own design firm, JM Design Studio, specializing in residential design development where I’ve done a variety of projects. Those projects range from small additions and kitchen remodels to large additions and new
residential homes. With each home and with each new project, I have taken in the lessons I’ve learned, I am applying all the knowledge I have been given, and I am continuing to grow and evolve as a designer in order to create the home that my clients can only dream of.
